We have been working in Albania since 1999, earning a reputation for delivering quality programs for children and establishing strong and influential relationships with government and civil society networks.
Save the Children programs cover Basic Education and Early Childhood Care and Development, Child Protection, Child Rights Governance, Health and Nutrition and Humanitarian, implemented in 10 districts of Albania, both urban and rural areas.

Ending the Third Slavery
In 2016, Dr. Earl Lewis convened a meeting on slavery among 40 principle collaborators—scholars, organizations, and instiutions—at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Out of this meeting came the "Slavery and Its Aftermath" initiative at the Center for Social Solutions. This project aims to tackle America’s original sin—slavery.

One of my current projects is to get forced gang membership redefined as trafficking as forced child soldiering.
